Subsoil can be difficult to source and Galebest Contracting specialise in sourcing the right grade of subsoil to meet our clients’ requirements.

We offer a bespoke service where we liaise with consulting engineers to approve subsoil for your project direct from clean donor sites which are sourced by our team.   

Although subsoil contains less organic matter, nutrients, and microorganisms than topsoil, it still plays an important role in plant growth and ecosystem health and affects drainage and soil structure. The quality of subsoil can vary widely depending on factors such as type and land use history where subsoil maybe contaminated.
